Back at Rabauke, and the Mexi holds its ground: solid spice that delivers a nice kick, but still falls short on the sour and salt fronts. A bit too much sweetness sneaks in, tilting the balance just off-center.
Not a bad one by any means — enjoyable, but leaves you wishing for that extra sharpness. Reliable for €2, but still waiting for it to really hit all the marks.
