Protokoll in F'hain usually slings craft beer, but their Mexikaner is a total sleeper hit. This shot is a straight-up habanero bomb, tasting exactly like a crazy bastard sauce punch 🌶️. It's mostly pure spice, but with enough underlying flavour to make that price feel like a gift. You'll definitely need another craft beer to put out this fire.
