Syndikat — the classic lefty punk squat energy is still alive, and so is the Mexi. Properly spicy, with a sharp sour note and loads of pepper. We even picked up a hint of curry or cumin in the mix, giving it that gritty, DIY edge that fits the bar perfectly.
