At Klaus-Jürgen Brink, things got intense. “Huge Mexi, like a Bloody Mary,” one of us said, holding the glass with a mix of fear and respect. Fruity, very spicy, and a little weird — but in a kinda good way. Lots of booze, too.

And as another summed it up simply: “I like it.”

Oh, and there’s a literal tree growing out of the middle of the bar — not metaphorically, just… a real tree. A fitting touch for a Mexi that’s rooted in chaos. 🌳🌶️
